Amazed by the fast same day service from the Swift team. The problem was fixed quickly and the team provided good insight that allowed us to also discover that the PUD’s pressure reduction valve had failed which we were able to have fixed too. Friendly and skilled people and fast service with fair pricing is highly appreciated.

Each time I have used Swift they have lived up to their name getting the job done far faster then I would expect. Their plumbers are polite and efficient, now if only they didn't get sick and have to reschedule appointments.

Lloyd and Ewan not only took care of our issues, but they fully explained what they were doing.

Recently had them do about an hour's worth or work that included installing a new faucet, reconnecting garbage disposal, and fixing a dripping PEX line connected to our water tank with about three feet of PEX. Work took them about an hour and the bill was over $1200! Even if they're billing out at $250 per hour, with the trip fee, this is double what it should have been. Not sure I'll be using them again due to their high cost.

The service was thorough, performed professionally and courteously. As for quality, I have yet to judge the long run. For now, the quality seems good. Rate: plumbing work is always pricey and more than one wishes to pay. However it’s a relief when all’s done and everything works! Lloyd explained the process and showed me what he was replacing. His explanation was helpful and gave me confidence in his skills and overall performance.

Our garbage disposal stopped working on a Saturday. I pulled out a small measuring spoon and a wire. But it wouldn't start and there was a leak under the sink. I called on Swift on Sunday hoping they could come on Monday. At 8:15 am Monday they called and said someone would call. By about 9:30 Lloyd was here and set to work. He found a couple more little spoons ground into the disposal. He was friendly, explained what he would do, the costs, and then did it quickly. He also fixed a couple of slow moving drains while he was here. He even asked, very diplomatically, if I was over 65, and subtracted 10% from the total.

They were able to fix the disposal rather just sell me a new one. Honest business!

Excellent workmanship

The two plumbers were easy going, fully answered my questions and described the work that had to be accomplished. They were accommodating in my requests and all went well. They completed the work in time to also address a brand new issue, replacing a water valve under a sink. Everything went well, pleasantly surprised and happy with final outcomes.

My excellent experience with Swift Plumbing and Heating began with the scheduler answering the phone and quickly getting me on the schedule. The plumbers arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and installed the new part right away! Everyone was personable, courteous and efficient. This is the second time we have had Swift complete some work and I can recommend this company with no hesitation. BTW, the song at the end as the plumbers were leaving was priceless! Thanks guys!

Once again Swift Plumbing came to the rescue! This morning our bathtub wouldn't drain and by this afternoon, the problem was fixed. The plumbers were friendly and quick. I super appreciate their prompt service.

Aeryl and Josh did a fantastic job for us!!! We needed to relocate the main water shut off from underneath the home to a safer and more accessible location inside the home. The first idea was to relocate the shut off inside the garage, but this didn’t work due to the way the house was built. So Aeryl and Josh reviewed the options and then relocated the shut off to an even better, more accessible location for us inside the house (in water heater closet, under the stairs). They are professional, personable, and informative, and the price was reasonable. We learned a lot from Aeryl and Josh, and we’re super happy with the work! The Swift Plumbing technicians arrived when planned. They listened to my concerns. They worked well together. They demonstrated interest in the job, and overall appeared to enjoy their work. I am pleased with the result of the new toilet installation. I needed to have the job done as soon as possible, so did not research the toilet. I am pleased with the one installed, but would appreciate a more detailed breakdown of the costs.

Lloyd and Josh did a remarkable job replacing my kitchen sink faucet, my bathroom shower head faucet, which was no easy task as the house was built in the 60's, so piping was incompatible and in need of problem solving to fix! I am very happy with the end results for their work...finished in a timely manner too!

Both employees were knowledgeable and fixed what they could and didn’t sell me work that would cost much more than what was necessary to ensure the plumbing was working functionally. They even indicated they could write up quotes on how to fix improperly installed plumbing from previous owners in case it was something I wanted to do in the future. Lisa, on the phones with scheduling, was also very helpful and got me in a day earlier.

The crew made an ordinary installation extraordinary

This is a great plumbing company and I've been using them exclusively for the past five or more years. On a recent visit they flushed my hot water heater and changed the filter on my whole house system. The technicians noticed a minor leak with the filter and quickly repaired it - they even re-mounted the unit securely to the wall on a new 2x6 screwed into the wall studs. Afterwards they made sure I knew how to change the filter on my own. Quick, efficient, friendly, prompt. Oh, and each time they entered the house they put on those little booties to keep the dirt out. A small thing, but appreciated much appreciated.

I would definitely use them again. They were on time did very good work. They were easy to talk to and did well explaining the situation and process.

I've used Swift before on other projects in my home to my great satisfaction. I thought about doing the work myself, fortunately for me I decided to go with the skilled tradesmen at Swift Plumbing. They quickly navigated through the work that would have been a major headache had I decided to attempt the work.
