The plumber was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The charge was very reasonable, he offered good advice and took the time to leave the bathroom in better shape than he found it. He also took the time to make sure we knew what to watch out for in case of future issues. I'll definitely use this vendor again.
I was having problems with my kitchen sink so I called Swift Plumbing this morning. I had a technician here by noon. The Swift Technician was Corey. Corey looked at my sink problem, let me know there were two possible solutions and went to work. He also let me know the prices of the two solutions. He worked quickly and made sure my kitchen was left clean. I would have to say my experience with Corey was the best I have had since I bought my house. Very efficient, friendly and informed. quick response and was able to come next day to fix hot water heater. The tech explained our options well as was able to fix our system. Good service, nice guys.
I got a call that the plumbers were available earlier than planned. They came early, installed perfectly the two new toilets which we provided. Disposed of the packaging and the old toilets, and except that we how have two toilets that work, all as it was.
Their office staff is very responsive, and helped me get an appt for a broken faucet. The workman and his trainee not only replaced the faucet but re-routed it, because it has been done wrong by the builder. Thank you Swift and especially Lloyd!
