Even though I had to be rescheduled, I must say I am very impressed with the Swift plumbers. They were professional, polite, efficient, and tidy. My new water heater should be more efficient than my 26 year old heater, so I'm anticipating many years of hot water with no problems!
Bowen was terrific. I thought I had a leak from the pipes under my kitchen sink due to putting something in my garbage disposal. It was actually a loose screw on the retracting hose on my sink faucet. Bowen was terrific. He immediately found the problem and went even further to explain details about how to clean my garbage disposal, etc. He was polite, happy, articulate and considerate. I now have Swift as my plumber of choice in my Iphone contacts for any future plumbing needs. A shout out to Lindsay who was ever so nice and helpful on the phone and had Bowen here to solve my plumbing problem the same day!! Thank you!
When I called Swift Plumbing & Heating, Lindsay answered the phone and was beyond professional! She was super knowledgeable, and really patient with all the questions I had! Unfortunately, she didn't have the same day appointment but gave me a referral and offered to put me on their waitlist! I truly appreciate customer service and hers was exactly what it should be like! Thank you Lindsay!
We really appreciated the professional attention and more than adequate repairs on 5 issues at our homes today. Lloyd came to our home as a fill in for another plumber who had a big job going. He is now on our recommended list for plumbers to use via Swift! He knows his profession and is a great trouble shooter and did great work on solving our issues including rebuilding some piping in our older home in just an hour or so. He has a professional attitude and was even careful even in cleanup . Ask for him. I am a son of a plumber so I know a good worker.
