Both associates were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Cody explained to me the problem at hand and the route to remedy this problem. What he chose to do was exactly what needed to be done with this tricky situation. From my online request to appointment to service I felt the goal was getting my problem solved. Jason was professional and easy to communicate with. The work was completed quickly and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Swift Plumbing again and recommend them to others.
We had a few gas leaks in our water heater and also our fireplace and I had asked for a recommendation for a good plumbing service. A lot of people had recommended Swift Plumbing and Heating. I actually first contacted them on Facebook and Corina had responded very swiftly. She gave me all the information I needed and when I called to schedule she was nothing short of amazing when it came to customer service. She was so nice and understanding of my lack of plumbing knowledge when trying to schedule this appointment.
Trever and Cody were the plumbers that they sent and they were amazing. Super professional, they even took off their shoes when coming into the house, which they didn't have to do! My two year old was there with me and Trever kept talking to her and making conversation with her, which she appreciated! She kept asking if they had fixed her bath (we had no hot water temporarily ) and he happily was able to tell her that they had fixed it! She was so excited. I appreciated all the work that they had done, they worked in a very timely fashion, were very professional, and I would definitely have them come back for my future issues!
