How Swift Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is Handling COVID-19

We have been monitoring the developments of COVID-19 carefully. We take our role in the community seriously and try to make every effort to not only ensure our clients are protected but also that our staff are safe as we enter our customer’s homes and businesses. As the current events unfold, we would like to communicate our current policies for keeping you and our staff protected.

1. Our plumbers wears clean disposable gloves and shoe booties at each customer’s home.
2. Our plumbers clean/sanitize the work areas when they are finished with the work and clean/sanitize our equipment after each call.
3. Instead of a handshake to greet our customers, you will now be greeted with a warm smile. Please understand that it is important to limit all physical contact at this time.
4. Our plumbers follow the recommended protocol of washing their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water prior to their arrival for our scheduled appointment. If they are not able to use soap and water, they will utilize their provided hand sanitizer.
5. Our plumbers are equipped with hand sanitizer as well as sanitizing wipes. Tablets and smart phones will be wiped down before and after each use.
6. Following Governor Inslee’s mandates and the CDC’s recommendations our staff will wear face coverings in each customer’s home, business location and on all jobsites.
7. Employee wellness is supported at Swift Plumbing and we request that staff feeling ill stay home to take care of themselves and to protect our customers.
